U.S. stock index futures drifted higher late on Tuesday as President Donald Trump gave his State of the Union address. S&P 500 E-mini futures EScv1 were up 0.28 percent, indicating the stock market could open higher on Wednesday. Prior to Trump’s speech, the futures were up about 0.14 percent.
