Trump Media & Technology Group and video-sharing platform Rumble have initiated a lawsuit against Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes. The lawsuit was filed in a U.S. federal court in Florida, according to a report by the New York Times (NYSE:NYT) on Wednesday.

The complaint alleges that Justice Moraes has illegally censored political discourse. This lawsuit marks a significant development in the ongoing legal battles involving the U.S. President Donald Trump’s media company and Rumble.
