Spar Nord Bank A/S (SPNO) has announced that CEO Lasse Nyby and Managing Director John Lundsgaard will resign from their roles. Both Nyby and Lundsgaard will also step down from Spar Nord’s executive board. The departures are planned for no later than June 30, 2025.
