CVC Capital Partners announced Monday that an investor group led by Apollo-managed funds is acquiring a 37% minority stake in Syntegon from CVC.

CVC will maintain its majority shareholding in Syntegon, retaining the remaining 63% of shares in the company. The firm reaffirmed its commitment to Syntegon following the transaction.

The deal marks Apollo’s entry into Syntegon’s ownership structure while CVC continues as the majority stakeholder.
